The Three Fifty Hotel
The Three Fifty Hotel
Hotel Backstory
The Three Fifty Hotel is a mid-century modern dream in the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood. Designed by Herbert W. Burns, this 10-room pet-friendly boutique hotel was fully renovated in 2017. All rooms are poolside, with comfortable beds and green and black decor, and some have kitchenettes or three-quarter kitchens. Throughout the year, the pool is heated to a perfect 86 degrees Fahrenheit, with gorgeous views of the San Jacinto Mountains. In 2023, The Three Fifty Hotel became part of the Kirkwood Collection, and is within walking distance of its sister properties, La Serena Villas and the Del Marcos Hotel. The Three Fifty is “steeped in captivating history,” Kirkwood Collection Founder and CEO Alex Kirkwood said, and “embodies the essence of the quintessential Palm Springs getaway. We’re thrilled to build on that reputation and continue to give guests the desert escape they’ve been dreaming of for years to come.”
